At Smooth September, we are committed to providing the highest quality artisanal food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we can only accept returns on shelf-stable goods or damaged shipments. If your order does not meet our freshness standards, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process

For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product to help us expedite your claim.

Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization number or confirm your refund eligibility.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement immediately or credit your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
